STURDIVANT'S SCHOOL CHARITY

Matthew Sturdivant by Will dated March the 4th 1602 left towards maintaining a Schoolmaster for the Education in learning of the Children of the Inhabitants of Old Buckenham the sum of One hundred Pounds which was expended in the purchase of lands containing with the Common allotments 16 acres 0 roods 5 perches.

In living memory of John Sturtevant (late of Nottingham) who died at Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire 20th August 1884 in his 80th year.

Elizabeth Stirtevant Pyatt born May 21st 1917, died January 3rd 1900. Also in this grave Abraham Pyatt of Wilford, born Trinity Sunday, June 7th 180, died February 25th 1891.
